The property complex comes with its own 24 hour security, swimming pool, kids play area, Tennis court, recreational area with gym facilities and allocated parking bays for residents and guest.
It has an excellent swimming pool with changing area facilities and a tennis court unit within the premises, it also has a gym with recreational facilities. Its 3 mins drive from the Kotoka International Airport and within easy access to the city centre, and major shopping amenities. Minimun rentals perod is one week and maximum is three months.
