My family and I had the pleasure of traveling in your mini van for a four day excursion to Cape Coast and Takoradi taking in all the tourist attractions along the way.

Included on the trip were my two teenage daughters who are usually inclined to complain about everything at any given chance but on this occasion, nothing was heard from them! If anything they told me how much they enjoyed the ride up to Takoradi as the van was so clean and spacious and they were able to spread out comfortably and relax throughout the long journey.

Emmanuel the driver was courteous and extremely accommodating - always a gentleman. He had extensive knowledge of the locations and knew exactly where all the tourist sites where – doubling up as both driver and tour guide. He spoke most of the local dialect which was very handy when haggling to purchase souvenirs!

All in all, the trip was very comfortable and having a competent and skillful driver such as Emmanuel made us feel so secure that you could nod off to sleep during parts of the journey knowing that you were in safe hands.

Well done Felix, I would highly recommend your services to anyone visiting Ghana. Your staff are a credit to you and they highlight the friendly and welcoming nature of the Ghanaian people.

My husband and I, our three girls and my mother stayed in Villa 3 from November 18th-Nov. 30th 2007. The location was nice and convenient to main roads. The villa was spacious. Some issues had to be addressed but Felix and his friendly staff were most anxious to see to our every need. The highlight of our stay was our chef Tina. You absolutely must request her if you stay in any of Ghana Villas. We never ate at one restauraunt, she fed us so well. She has extensive knowledge of the Ghanaian cuisine. She gave us an unforgettable culinary tour! Her disposition was so wonderfully pleasant. She speaks english very well and she speaks several local dialects. She went beyond her job as chef and did our laundry, entertained our children helped us with directions when we needed to direct family to the villa. The list goes on and on. We literally cried when we left.

Ghana Villas will do everything to accommodate you and make sure your stay is wonderful. I would especially recommend them as a cost efficient way of bringing groups, as the decent hotels can be very expensive.

We rented Villa 1 and 2. No words can explain the total experience during our stay in Ghana. Being our first time, we did have some anxiety about going to a new place. I know I ran Felix crazy prior to the trip.

All of us had a fabulous time. I give our driver, guide, adviser Joe all the honor for making our trip so great. He is a very large jewel in the Ghana Villa's crown. Always a perfect gentleman. Ernest and Godwin kept the Villa spotless at all times, and never under foot.

The security crew did their job well also no complaints at all. We were very safe. All of the alerts in the media are quite over stated. Moving about the city, we never felt threatened by anyone.

Mariam at Villa 1, an angel for sure. She had our meal waiting when we arrived. Even though we were an hour late. You need to clone your staff, and use them as your scale for any future employees. Don't take them for granted. They are the ones that make the business work.

I stayed at Villa 1 for six days from 12th to 18th of October. Myriam and Henry were most pleasant and always to our disposal. Myriam - the cook of my heart did an excellent job. Henry was always ready to help whenever possible.

The house was just the right fit for my wife and kids, as well as for my dad and 2 siblings who came down to Accra just to stay over the couple of days. The entire in-house furniture, as well as entertainment is over exceeded our expectations.

I would always recommend this villa, it has quiet and safe neighborhood.
