Villa 5 was exactly as Felix had described; Spacious,Hygienically clean and a perfect bolt hole away from the hustle & bustle of Accra. Access to Tema\Accra is 20\30 mins away making it an ideal location for business & pleasure journeys within the capital.
(Spintex Rd. at the best of times can be tedious!)..Issac is the perfect butler, available at all times to cater for your needs, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Issac's local knowledge\advice is invaluable ! Highly recommend Villa 5 in preference to any Hotels & the service is good. Having a car makes life easier and a must have if you need to get around a lot. A most enjoyable stay and look forward to going back soon.

Doing anything for the first time there is some trepidation. I need not have worried. I rented Villa 5 for more than three weeks and throughout I was met with warmth, charm and wonderful co-operation from Isaac and the rest of the team. They were outstanding. Something else, I assumed that all the houses would share one security guard and that Isaac too would be looking after several houses- not a bit of it, they are dedicated to the one house. The bedlinen and towels were also good quality.

If there was a fault it was not with the accommodation. The traffic in the Spintex Road, like so much of Accra crawls at times.

Two friends and I stayed at villa six. The house was as advertised and we encountered no problems whatsoever. Facilities were ok, and everything you could need was at a hand's notice away. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay at one of the Ghana Villas again when in Accra.

Based on the pictures on the website and the reviews of previous guests, I booked three villas for our group tours. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised - the pictures are accurate! We rented houses 1, 2, and 3 for our group. I stayed in house 3 and was amazed at how large and beautiful the master bedroom is!! Have no reservations about using these facilities!!

And for those of you concerned about the security, they are all in a gated community and the guards do their job!

Most days we left without ensuring that our door was locked, and we never took a key with us.

My girl friend & I stayed in Villa 2 and had been the most pleasant, most affordable experience in Ghana that I have had in the past many years. Great accommodations as well as the service. The villa was absolutely superb, and will be heading back very soon.
